Please note for all services, services are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not bill insurance and do not provide CPT/ICD10 Codes. But please contact us if you would like to utilize payment through HSA and/or FLEX. We accept all major credit card payments for online service scheduling. Please contact our office at (618) 842-7424 to schedule an appointment for Chiropractic, Infrared Sauna Therapy, Halo Therapy, or to purchase a gift card for these services.
