Dr. Shawn Bladel is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Corrective Care Chiropractor, and a Certified Lyme Specialist. He is the founder of Recreated Health, a health transformation service and website designed to help people take control of and recreate their health using science-based solutions. After almost two decades of helping patients reach their full potential while achieving Complete Wellness, Dr. Bladel is now reaching people all over the world with his cutting-edge virtual healthcare.

Our Why

Six years into building Dr. Shawn and Heather's first health and wellness center, their oldest daughter, Alexi became very ill. What started as seemingly harmless GI and skin issues, turned into significant hormonal imbalance, cycle issues, depression and autoimmune disease. Through visiting multiple top specialists across the country over the course of a few years, they were unable to find the answers and solutions they needed to help her. This is what drove Dr. Shawn into further education and research into the cause of her health issues and ultimately not just learning functional medicine, but foundational medicine as we now call it. Through the type of comprehensive testing and healing protocols that Recreated Health now offers, Alexi has healed and is doing amazingly well with her health years later.

Dr. Shawn is married to the love of his life and best friend! He met Heather in the summer of 1995 and knew that he was going to marry her. Since 1999 he and Heather have been building an amazing life with their 6 children.
